30+ days before pickup: Full refund of nightly rental amount, less the service fee.
8–29 days: 50% responsibility for remaining nightly rental days.
7 days or fewer: 100% of nightly rental amount.

Add-ons, delivery, prep fees, and protection packages are always 100% refundable.

Every rental includes the RV basics — sewage hose, fresh water hose, and power cord. Most of our fleet is owner-consigned so vehicles come fairly barebones, but we offer add-on packages for just about everything: bedding, kitchen kits, camp chairs, and more.
