Journey USA RV (“Journey USA RV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. When you book a rental, inquire about storage, list a vehicle for consignment, fill out a form on our website, submit a lead form through one of our social media ads, call us, or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, the type and size of vehicle you want to rent or store, your travel or rental dates, and any other details you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising providers may automatically collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring website, and similar usage data through cookies and similar technologies.

Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
